The content provided here is a part of the research done at Data Spec for a Computer Based Tutorial on Parts of Speech. It is a multimedia program for the school children.

The finished product is a software program developed in VB. It runs directly from the computer offering a multimedia and graphic rich interactive experience to the users. The program strives to introduce the Parts of Speech to the (beginners) students of the English Language hailing from a Hindi background.

Our team has unanimously decided to host the content with suitable amendments on the web so that the effort may benefit a larger audience, hence this site.

We have decided to devote some time per week to maintain and extend this site. You must realize that this is not our primary occupation and the development here may be slightly slow. Your moral support and constructive feedback will be the key driving force in maintaining this tutorial.

As a first step, the various terms and concepts of the different Parts of Speech that deployed in the English Language to form the different type so of sentences have been simply explained in the Hindi.
